• How do I earn points?
  • Create an account to earn +100 points
  • Follow us on Instagram to earn +50 points
  • Shop with us to earn 4 points for every £1 you spend

• What are the points worth?
  • 500 points = £5 voucher
  • 1000 points = £10 voucher
  • 2000 points = £20 voucher
• How do I redeem my points?

  Open the rewards tab on the bottom left. Pick your reward (£5, £10, £20) and a voucher code will be generated at checkout.

• Is there a minimum to redeem?

  Yes, you need at least 500 points (£5).

• Do points expire?

  Yes, points expire after 12 months if you don’t earn or redeem any.

• How do referrals work?

  Share your unique referral link (you can find this in the rewards tab). Your friend gets £5 off their first order of £45+. Once their order ships, you get 500 points (£5).

• Can wholesale orders earn points?

  No, wholesale orders placed by email are separate and do not earn points.
