- What is a sample and where can I order one?
A sample is a full usable envelope in your chosen size and colour, available on every listing. Alternatively, explore our sample packs which contain one envelope in every colour we offer.
- Can I order a custom size or colour?
Unfortunately not, sorry!
- What envelope sizes do you offer?
We offer six sizes:
- A5: 152 x 216mm / 15.2 x 21.6cm / 5.98 x 8.5 inches
- 5x7: 133 x 184mm / 13.3 x 18.4cm / 5.24 x 7.24 inches
- C6: 114 x 162mm / 11.4 x 16.2cm / 4.48 x 6.37 inches
- C7: 82 x 113mm / 8.2 x 11.3cm / 3.23 x 4.45 inches
- Square: 155 x 155mm / 15.5 x 15.5cm / 6.10 x 6.10 inches
- DL: 110 x 120 mm | 11 x 22 cm | 4.33 x 8.66 inches

- What is the glue made of?
Our gummed envelopes are crafted with plant-based adhesive, easily activated with a simple swipe of a wet sponge.
- How accurate are the colours and sizes of your products?
Our images are captured professionally and undergo colour correction. However, accurately depicting colours, quality, and envelope finish on a computer or phone screen is challenging. If you're uncertain about suitability, we recommend purchasing a sample beforehand.
With the nature of how the envelopes are made, we allow for a slight size variance of +/- 2mm.
- Is it possible to modify or amend my order after it's placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we can't make alterations. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel it, allowing you to place a new one. If cancellation is desired, kindly email us promptly with your order number. Once a shipment has occurred, regrettably, we're unable to enact any changes.
- Has my order been dispatched, could I get an update?
Orders are typically sent out within 1-2 working days, though delays can happen during busy periods. Dispatch method depends on shipping upgrades and order size. You'll receive a notification; please check junk mail. Tracking is available if applicable.
- How can I store the envelopes?
Store the envelopes in a dry, temperature-stable environment, away from both moisture and direct sunlight.
Envelope Printing
- Can you print on envelopes I provide?
Sorry, but we only print on our envelopes.
- Can I print my own design on the envelopes?
Yes, your designer will need to use our Adobe Illustrator templates, which are specifically sized for our envelopes. You can find these templates on the 'Resources & Downloads' page.
- I've made a mistake on the addresses, can I change it?
We understand that mistakes occur, and our process accommodates this with two design proofs. You will receive two proofs as part of the design process. The initial proof enables text adjustments, followed by a final proof for your confirmation. However, please be aware that font changes, modifications exceeding 50% of the proof, or additional rounds of changes will incur a fee of £12 per set. If you're happy with the final proof, let us know and we'll begin printing.
- How do I properly address an envelope?

COUNTRY - Is it necessary to add a return address?
No it is not. However, it’s often a good idea to add a return address just in case the post is undelivered, so it can be returned back to you.
- What is the turnaround time for printing?
Once the proof has been approved, production time is 3-5 working days. If you need them sooner, a rush fee applies so please email us before placing your order.

International Orders
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for international orders are determined by the combined weight of your items. Simply add all the desired items to your basket to receive a shipping quote.
- What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, but if you aren't able to do so via our website contact us to see if we can ship to you!
- How long can it take and can I get a tracking number?
International shipping usually takes around 7-14 working days on average, but delays can occur, so please consider this when ordering. Shipping upgrades are available in the basket. All international orders are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on your package as it travels through the postal systems. If you're uncertain about the timeline, feel free to reach out to us.
Refunds
- I have ordered the wrong item, how can I make a return?

- Can I return some of my order?
Sorry, we are unable to accept a partial return. Personalised items are also non-refundable.
- My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us with detailed images of both the damaged package and the item itself. These images play a crucial role in facilitating a successful insurance claim, we will not be able to process the claim if this evidence is not provided. Rest assured, upon receiving the necessary images, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
- There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?
Please contact us with your order number and let us know what the issue is and we’ll take it from there. You will need to notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
