Delivery & Returns

DISPATCH 
  • Standard items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • For printed items, production time is 3-5 working days from final approval before dispatch.
DELIVERY

We strive to dispatch your order promptly, but please allow extra time for delivery as delays may occasionally occur.

United Kingdom
  • Flat rate shipping fee of £2.99 (estimated delivery: 3-5 working days) for orders under £30. 
  • Free standard shipping (estimated delivery: 3-5 working days) for orders over £30. 
  • Royal Mail 24 Hours: Estimated delivery in 1-2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: Next working day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
International
  • Tracked delivery with an estimated timeframe of 8-15 working days. Add items to the basket for a shipping quote.
  • Courier upgrades are available in the basket for faster delivery options.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
  • Packages are marked with the value of goods purchased, as required by customs regulations.
  • Since January 1, 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU, and EU-based customers may incur customs and import fees.
CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please email us at info@magnapapers.com as soon as possible. Many orders are dispatched on the same or next working day. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot process the cancellation. Instead, the order will need to be returned to us following our returns process for a refund.

RETURNS

If the item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange a, replacement or return for refund. To process your request, we require images of the packaging and the damaged or faulty products. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement without this evidence.

Returns for Non-Customised Orders

We accept returns for non-customised items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transit.
  • For UK orders, a refund will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). If the return is initiated within the 14-day cooling-off period, the original shipping cost (up to the standard delivery rate) will also be refunded.
  • For international orders, refunds will cover the value of the returned item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns for Customised Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of customised products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.

  • If your customised item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Images of the packaging and the damaged or faulty product are required to process your request.
  • We cannot accept returns for typographical mistakes or input errors. All proofs must be carefully reviewed and approved before production begins.
  • Customised products are non-refundable except in cases of damage or production errors.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@magnapapers.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for the return.

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. However, during exceptionally busy periods, this may take up to 21 days, and we will notify you if any delays occur.

  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and informed of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
LATE & MISSING RETURNS

If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank to confirm any pending transactions.
