Delivery & Returns

DISPATCH 

All standard envelope orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

Printed envelopes have an estimated production time of 3-5 working days from final approval before dispatch.

DELIVERY

We strive to dispatch your order promptly, but please allow extra time for delivery as delays can occur.

United Kingdom
- For orders bellow £30, a flat rate shipping fee is charged at £2.99 (approx. 3-5 working days)
- Free UK standard shipping for orders over £30 (approx. 3-5 working days)
- Royal Mail 24 hours (1-2 working days) 
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (next working day) 

International
International deliveries are sent tracked with an estimated delivery time frame of 8-15 working days. Add items to the basket for a quote.

Some delays can be expected so provide extra time for delivery. 

Courier upgrades are available in the basket for faster shipping.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. All packages will be marked with the value of goods purchased due to customs regulations and our internal ethics policy.

Please note that since January 1, 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU, which may result in customs and/or import fees. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please notify us via email at info@magnapapers.com within 1 hour, as we often ship the same or next day for most orders. Failure to do so will result in your order continuing as scheduled. 

RETURNS

Returns for Non-Customised Orders:
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a non-customised product. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Please ensure that the items are returned in suitable packaging, preferably the original packaging, to protect against postal/weather damage and maintain a re-saleable condition.
  3. Failure to comply with proper packaging may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the assessed damage.

Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded, and you, the customer, will be responsible for covering the cost of return delivery.

Customised order 
For customised products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will discuss possible solutions. Please ensure to notify us of any issues within this timeframe as we cannot accept liability for damaged or faulty goods reported beyond 7 days of receipt.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. Before we begin the printing process, proofs must be carefully checked and approved by the customer.

RETURNS ADDRESS

To initiate a return, please fill out the printable returns slip available on our website here. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be aware that international shipping costs are also non-refundable on returns.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, your return and refund will be processed within 14 days of you returning your parcel to us. At busier times this may take up to 21 days. We will promptly notify you via email to confirm the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified time frame. 

LATE & MISSING RETURNS

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account to confirm whether the refund has been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially reflected in your account.
  3. If applicable, get in touch with your bank/PayPal to inquire about any delays in processing.
